The Opportunity

Your bioinformatics skills will be central in our research and you will work closely with other postdoctoral researchers and PhD students in the department. You will be involved in planning experiments, the final analysis and visualisation of results as well as analysing data from multiple technology platforms which are obtained using techniques such as Chromatin Immune Precipitation (ChIP) - sequencing, RNA-seq, Methyl-seq and Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing. As part of this role you will have the opportunity to participate in national and international collaborations. This position provides opportunities for growth and development as an independent investigator whilst providing support and mentorship, as there will be possibilities for initiating new research directions.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
