As a Clinical Quality Consultant, you will be challenged to leverage your data analytic and project management skills to lead programs that focus on improving HEDIS rates and impacting the quality of care for our members. As a key resource, you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, an aptitude for persistence, consistence & perseverance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver on time. Success in this role will require ability to prioritize, multi-task, plan ahead, as well as being flexible, resourceful, and self-driven.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis, data management, and reporting Perform program efficacy analyses, leveraging statistical analysis skills to evaluate the effectiveness of E&I MemberEngagement programs (statistical analysis on data) Serve as Program Manager/Project Lead managing and implementing E&I Member Engagement programs Create and present presentations to Senior Executives Perform vendor management and oversight Perform stakeholder engagement and communication Monitor, track, and report program key performance indicator metrics Manage program billing/invoicing processes Facilitate and lead cross functional team meetings offering guidance and solutions

Required Qualifications:

RN, LPN, LCSW, Active Unrestricted in your state of residence Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field or equivalent related experience 4+ years of experience performing data analysis and making data-driven analytical decisions 2+ years of experience in project management, leading projects from beginning to end 2+ years manipulating large data sets and creating queries Experience facilitating and leading meetings Experience public speaking Be a team player willing to cover and learn other roles and functions Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Access, SAS, SQL or other statistical analysis software Intermediate or Advanced experience with Excel skills Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Outlook 2+ years of experience performing statistical analysis with experience working with statistical software (e.g., SPSS; Minitab)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with the Employer and Individual line of business Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) knowledge 2+ years of healthcare experience Strong technical skills Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Visio Process Improvement knowledge Experience evaluating effectiveness of Clinical Quality programs related to HEDIS Experience creating VBA coding and macros Six Sigma knowledge
