The Department of Leadership, Policy and Organizations is seeking applicants for a Lecturer faculty (non-tenure track) position to provide instruction and support for the online, professional doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations. Candidates are sought to teach multiple sections in the Data and Analytics strand of the program, which includes Strategy and Analytics, Data Science, Research Design and Applied Statistics. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in a field such as Quantitative Methods in Business or Education, Statistics, Data Science or related field. Background or experience in teaching professional degree students, including at the professional doctoral-level or MBA students is critical, and online teaching experience is preferred. Candidates are expected to have excellent teaching credentials. Candidates also should be prepared to teach students from diverse professional backgrounds. Experience supervising capstones or dissertations is desirable. This is an opportunity to join a highly productive, diverse and interdisciplinary faculty and to be part of an innovative online program.
